Brief Description: Began rough fitting the full HT
Began fitting the HT skins to the ribs bolted to the fuse and to the spar. Removed a bit of skin where it incorrectly contacted the fuse skin, straightened the end ribs and in so doing cracked the left one's flange. Ended up cutting off the forward section of the flange and riveting on a replacement flange. Still more work to do - will next work to remove the small (1 degree) angle of attack difference between the sides. (Was able to get a small amount of twist out of each tail section (left and right)).
