Brief Description:  construct the wire harness

Following the techniques illustrated in the G3X class and following the detailed pin out drawings I fabricated the wire harness for the avionics.

The design is laid out on a table with nails around which each wire is run. After all of the wires are in place, the wire bundles are laced starting from the main trunk. After lacing the ends could be finish cut to length and the terminating completed.

I decided to mount the GTR20 and GTX 45R in back. Consequently, I had some fairly extensive wire runs aft of the rear baggage bulkhead. I had to split those runs to fit them through the sleeves and conduits installed

After shield terminations were completed, I installed those connectors that didn't need to thread through small holes and moved the harness into the aircraft
