Brief Description:  wire runs and install tunnel fan

I continue to run wires from the various switch groups to their target appliance.

I added a #2 cable from the battery to the forest of tabs. The cable adds about 2 pounds all by itself, but I just wasn't confident using the airframe as a ground path with all of the primer on each joint. The forest of tabs is bolted through the fire wall, and will serv for the attach point for the engine ground when I get that far.

I also added a cooling fan to the front of the tunnel cover. My tech counselor made it clear tunnel heat is a real issue in the RV10 and needs to be addressed. I havn't seen anybody use this solution, but it makes sense to me. A fan on the front tunnel cover will blow cockpit air into the front of the tunnel. There are plenty of exit points for air to the rear. Hopefully this will do a good job of moving the heat out of the tunnel area.
