Trimmed the door inner and outer using a multi tool with a carbide blade. Cuts quick and well controlled with little dust. Much better than an abrasive wheel.
In the fit-up there are two fuselage alignment marks and four window alignment marks. All are supposed to line up inner to outer door. Only the two fuselage and one window line up. The other window marks are off up to 1/4". I used the two fuselage alignment marks and let the window marks fall where they ended up.
Everything drilled and clecoed. Then off it comes to install the lift strut reinforcement. That done, the next step is bonding the inner and outer doors.
