Brief Description: Riveted the panel frame and subpanel support brack
Today we riveted the frame and subpanel support brackets to the fuselage side skin. The prep work took the most time; scuffing, riveting the nut plate to the frame bracket, deburring, and priming. We also practiced riveting on some scrap skin so that we could get the feel again. It had been quite a long time since our last rivet job and we didn't want to dent up the side skins.
Today was our eighth anniversary so we quit early and went out for a nice dinner. We're now working on our second eighth!
