Brief Description: Fabricated angle brackets that connect to fuselage
This Saturday morning a cold storm blew in from the NW at 6:00AM with lightning and thunder and rained almost an inch. The cold wing lowered the temperature from 60 to 40 degrees in about two hours. It is of course the first day of Spring wouldn't you know. Last week we had temps in the mid 70's as all the trees budded and bloomed. How rude, Old Man Winter!!
I went out to the cold garage and proceeded to fabricate the angles that connect the bottom of the panel frame to the side fuselage skins. I also fabricated the angles that hold the vents and subpanel to the fuselage skins
Left and rights brackets that hold the frame and subpanel to side of fuselage.
The angle screws to the frame and is riveted to the fuselage skin.
This angle rivets to the fuselage skin and uses screws to hold the vent and subpanel.
