Brief Description:  Visit from AF buddy about electrical system.

My good buddy Charlie came over to give me another set of eyes to look at my wiring and schematics. As an Air Force and airline pilot he has a lot of experience studying electrical systems. As we were talking about electrical emegencies, we were looking at my schematics and he noticed that my starter contactor was wired to my main bus and not the E-bus. If I had to shut down the Main Bus for any reason (Smoke in the Cockpit) and then went to the E-bus, I could not start the engine if it stopped for some reason. Without much trouble, I rewired the start contactor to the E-buss.

He suggested some extra support for wiring conduits running up the FW angles where there would be a lot of vibration. He also suggested extra support for the pitot and AOA tubing to prevent rubbing on the top fuselage skin when it's riveted in place.

Thanks, Charlie, and come back for some more discussion with those sharp eyes of yours.
