Brief Description: Wired the flap position sensor.
The wires coming from the Ray Allen flap position sensor are 26AWG which are difficult to crimp in the red (18-22AWG) connectors. I thought about using a D-sub, but mounting it in the vertical channel would be akward, therefore, I decided to just use butt connectors instead. I had purchased the five wire bundle that Ray Allen sells which has the same size wires that are on the servos and the position sensor. Using the red butt connectors required that I double up the wire twice before making the connections. The crimps seemed to hold OK so I wrapped the three connectors in spriral wrap and then zip tied them to a couple of stickon mounts.
We then did a continuity check and it was OK.
The butt connectors are zip tied just above the positioner with the bundle going down the right side.
