Brief Description: Fished installing all the battery cables.
I finished the negative battery cables for the Main and Aux batteries. The forest-of-tab ground block at the top of the FW recess is on the centerline and provided a short run (6") for the Main bat negative. The Aux battery ground cable is about 16" and connects to the forest-of-tabs 5/16" bolt on the cockpit side of the FW. I'll install boots on all the connections tomorrow.
How does one get the batteries out of these tight fitting battery boxes? You can't get your hands on the battery so there must be a way that someone has figured out. With the cowling on and more wires and hoses running this way and that, it will be challenging to say the least. I'll call Van's and find out what they have to say.
