Brief Description:  Bought welding cable to make fat wires.

On Thursday I decided to make my fat wires from welding cable per Bob Nuckoll's recommendation because they are flexible. I ordered some terminals from B&C and stopped by West Marine to pick up some #10 4AWG terminals that B&C didn't carry. I had the cable with me that I had purchased from Texas Welding Supply, so I used the big crimper at West Marine to install a #10 terminal on one end on the 4AWG and a 5/16" terminal on one end of the 2AWG. I'll install the other ends when I get the terminals and figure out the proper cable lengths.

Today I installed a FW pass-through kit that I had purchased from SafeAir1 a couple of years ago. I placed it on the left (facing aft from the engine side of the FW) of my Odyssey battery box. I'm hoping it is in a covienent place for the other wires that I need to run. Drilling stainless steel and deburring the holes is a pain in the you know what. Tomorrow I plan to install the ammeter shunt and ANL fuse.
