Brief Description: Made the last (I hope) baffle cuts.
Today we made the cuts on the baffles using the snips and it went quickly. We then removed the baffles for deburring and to cut the #4 aft box baffle. I used the vise and hack saw and cut off 1/4" which will still clear the cowl by about 3/8" as measured by the paper clip method. The #4 box baffle sticks slightly above the aft baffles about 1/4", but still leaves enough of the box structure to attach the plenum flange.
We then made some measurements on the forward side baffles and trimmed them down a little to allow the forward edge of the plenum (not yet made) to go over the inlet top lip on each side. We'll surely have to tweak as we fabricate the plenum.
