Brief Description: Cut the baffle holes for the ignition wire seals.
I thought cutting the holes for the ignition wires into the baffles would be difficult, but it was easier than I thought. First I covered the engine with a towel and taped it to the baffles to keep all the chips out. I had to use my 1/4" air palm drill to have the room to get the drill into position. All my cordless battery drills were too big. I first made a hole template with a scrap piece of aluminum and then pilot drilled four !/8" holes. I then drill out the two middle holes to 1/4" so that I could use the unibit. The unibit made two partial holes that I dressed into the ellispe with my Dremel. Finally I used my 90 degree air drill and drilled the two seal clamping holes to #12.
I deblurred the holes and called it quits for the day. Like I said it was easier after I figured it out and had all the tools, whew!
