Brief Description: Installed #1 baffle & fitted right air ramp.
I match drilled, deburred, riveted, and installed the #1 cylinder baffle today. I also did the same for the right inlet air ramp baffle. I had to fit it a few times to be sure the constant speed prop oil line at the front of the engine would correctly fit through the 1" hole that was drilled for it. I had to loosen the flare nut and slip the ramp between the flared tube and 90 degree adapter fitting in the engine case.
