Brief Description:  Made tool then sanded and primed rear skirt.

I finally came up with a tool to make the recessed holes for the Tinnerman washers by using a washer and a AACQ4-4 rivet. I took a flattened tinnerman washer with a piece of sandpaper contact cemeted to the washer and then placed it on the rivet pin. I put an o-ring between the collet of the Dremel tool and the washer to keep the washer from spinning on the rivet. Using a slow speed on the Dremel, I inserted the rivet into the hole and sanded the exact size of the washer in about 30 seconds for the recess. I also countersunk the holes that will accept the flush squeeze rivets that connect the rear skirt to the side skirts. I then removed the skirts and plexiglass from the canopy frame that will need touch up painting.

Primed and painted the inside of the skirt components. Will paint the canopy frame tomorrow.
