Brief Description:  Fabricated fuel vent tubing in fuselage.

I finally got brave enough to try bending some tubing. It took more time than I thought it would. I flared one end with its sleeve and nut and connected it to its fitting. I then started rolling out the tubing and hand bending where possible, but I realized quickly that I needed to use the bender on the short radius bends. I got all the way to the front fitting by the firewall and then cut the tubing only to realize I had cut it a little short. I shortened up the bend at the firewall gussett to get more tubing for the bend from the Adel clamp to the fitting. It worked OK but didn't look like the drawing.

The second tube went more quickly from what I had learned from the the first one. Using the flare tool in easy, but the bender took some mental gymnastics to visualize which way to apply the bend. Removing the tube and trying to bend it with the bender is very confusing. I may redo the the first attempt later just for appearances if I have enough tubing left.
