Brief Description: Riveted the seat backs and braces.
After priming the parts yesterday, Charlotte and I riveted the seat backs and braces today. All the rivets were AN470AD4-4, -5, -6, and two -7's per seat. We used the pneumatic and hand squeezer as well as the rivet gun and bucking bar to complete all the riviting. The top angle and brace hinge required using the rivet gun due to their positions and the top 90 degree bent skin on the seat back. The seats backs came out pretty good. As always it seems to have taken more time that it should have, but that's airplane building for you.
Now all we need is the two seat cushions that I ordered at Oshkosh from Oregon Aero.
Riveting the bottom hinge with the pneumatic squeezer.
