Brief Description: Functional test of Aveo 6-in-1 lights.
Today I did a functional test of the lights by using an Odyssey battery. I touched the power wire of each light to the positive terminal and the ground wire to the negative terminal. They all worked except the landing lights on both wings. The Aveo Maxx light module contains the taxi and landing lights and uses two power wires. The taxi lights worked fine but the landing lights would not work. The position lights and strobes also worked OK. They have a lifetime warranty so I'm sending the Aveo Maxx module back to the dealer where I purchased them.
The dealer sent me his address and said to send them back and he ordered a new set on his next inventory shipment from Europe. It will probably be another couple of weeks before they arrive.
Well, it's time to install the horizontal stabilzer onto the fuselage!
