Brief Description: Made wire bundles for attaching to lights.
Making the wires to attach to the lights modules was another job for patience. It took a while to fab the 16 wires with the labels and faston terminals that were crimped on each end. The faston terminals on the lights pigtails had been crimped on earlier. The connection wires were faston male tabs on one end and female faston terminals on the other end to connect to the block terminals.
I glued (E6000 industrial glue) a couple of zip tie mounts to the inside of the wingtip to zip tie the wires and help prevent vibration from moving the wire bundle around. I also pop-riveted a zip tie mount onto the wing rib to tie the spiral wrapped bundles before connecting to the block terminals.
