Brief Description:  Added wingtip lighting wires.

Today I added the wing wiring for the left wingtip lights. It was a matter of cutting the appropriate colored wires to the proper length and then feeding them down the conduit from the tip to the root. It was good that I had drawn the wing lighting diagram months ealier. I would not have remebered the lengths much less the colors of the wires.

I then crimped on the Molex 150 female pins that fit into the wing female connector that plugs into the male fuselage connector. The pitot heat wire was too large (14AWG) to fit into the Molex connector, therefore, it uses a knife blade connector to the fuselage wire. The wires run through an extra hole in the fuselage that I had already drilled. They are inserted into the wing connector once inside the fuselage. I have about a 2' service loop (inside the fuselage) if the wing had to be removed a little distance for mx. If removed beyond 2', I would have to remove the wires from its connector. I did this to keep the connectors from the moisture that would be in the area between the wing and fuselage.
