Brief Description: Match drilled VS skin to frame then disassembled a
Charlotte helped by moving the clecos as I drilled. Then we disassembled the skin and frame and I started deburring and scuffing the components. Used the scotch brite hand pads to scuff then deburred the holes and broke the sharp edges.
Match drilled the skin to the frame using #40 bit. Charlotted moved the clecos as I drilled. Disassembled the skin and frame to debur and scuff for priming. Need to find/order the countersink for the speed debur tool. Used the grinder to break and smooth component edges.
