Brief Description:  Brake work.

After returning from visiting our niece and family over July 4 in Salt Lake City, I decided to finish the plumbing for the brakes. I made the tubes down the gear legs and hand bent the spiral which connects to the brake modules. Not as hard as I thought it would be.

I then ran the brake hoses in the fuselage from the reservoir to the right and then the left brakes. The most difficult thing to do was to seal the master cylinders with thread sealant and then clock them to the correct position without having to turn them counter clockwise later. I did make some small ccw corrections so I hope there will be no leaks. The hoses were teflon with stainless steel braid which were made by Bonaco.

I'll wait until I have installed new Viton orings on the brake puck before filling the reservoir and bleeding the brakes. The orings are on order.
Shucks, I forgot and safety wired the brake bolts. Oh well, one step forward and two back!
