Brief Description: Installed the rest of my avionics.
Today I finished installing all the avionics. I mounted the HS34 inboard the D180 and the AP74 inboard the D100. I then inserted the transponder (GTX327) at the bottom of the middle stack followed by the Nav/Com SL30. The 496 GPS is in the middle of the stack between the EFISs. You can just see the Aux battery between the rudder pedals on the second picture.
I'll use a DC power supply for the main battery (mounted on the engine side of the firewall) for the power-up test tomorrow. I'll buy the other battery when I need it.
The rest of the day will be spent preparing for my brother's birthday dinner. He's 66 today and I'm fifteen months older. Oh, well!
