Brief Description:  Wire grouping and hole drilling.

I decided that I needed to locate and attach the D180 harnesses to the subpanel. I used some stick-on zip tie mounts to fasten the EFIS and HS34 harnesses to the subpanel. This allowed me to determine that I needed to drill some holes in the subpanel for the EMS and Engine sensor harnesses.

It's getting very congested with wires and the needed service loops. The EMS harness has a hole in the middle of the subpanel while the Engine sensor harness has a hole on the left of the supanel (looking toward the engine from the cockpit). The engine harness has no service loop because it is too short! To remove the modular panel, I'll have to disconnect the engine harness first, arrgh! Oh, well, the static, pitot, and AOA tubes will also have to be disconnected before removing the panel.

I'll take more pictures later when things are more organized.
