Brief Description:  Installed subpanel engine controls bracket.

Before going too far with the wiring, I realized that I needed to install the bracket that holds the engine control cables to the subpanel. This meant that I had to modify the Van's supplied bracket to compensate for the aluminmun angle that was added to the subpanel when I made the cutout for the radios. The bracket was cut 1" more narrow to remain in the same relative position. Doing this after more wires were in the way would have been a problem because I had to matchdrill the the bracket and the angle. With only a few wires I had much less a chance of drillling into and messing up a bundle. I'll determine later where the cables connect to the adel clamps on the bottom of the bracket. The bracket will have nutplates to hold the adel clamps.

I also had to determine the throttle cable penetration of the tunnel cover panel that goes just to the right of the Aux Bat box and then through the FW. It took a lot of measuring here and there to decide where to drill the hole in the cover panel. The hole had to be a bigger diameter than the cable diameter because it would penetrate and an angle. I drilled a 5/8" hole and added a grommet.
