Brief Description:  Wired E-Bus Alt Feed Relay and switch.

I started wiring switches today begining with the E-Bus Alternate Feed Switch. Remember, the E-Bus and Main bus are on the right side drop down panel. To wire this switch I had to install the relay, wire the diode, wire the feed from the Aux battery, and the feed from the relay to the E-Bus.

The wire to the switch on the switch subpanel had to have a path that would be followed by most of the other bus wires. I drilled a 1" hole (3/4' snap bushing) into the subpanel above the Schottky diode. I then added adel clamps behind and at the bottom of the subpanel from the right side to the left side where I drilled another 1" hole. This allows the wires to pass from behind the radio stack and come in behind most of the switches on the left side of the switch subpanel. I installed a couple more adel clamps that should hold most of the wires that will connect to the switches.

Adding the 1/2" adel clamps for supporting the wires was very time consuming and difficult since I had to climb into the fuselage to drill the holes for the nutplates that I decided to install. I figured it would be a lot easier later to just remove a screw and not to have to try to hold a nut that you can't see. The adel clamps should fill up with wires as more switches are wired. I going to try to keep things organized and neat. Easy to say that since I'm just getting started!!
