Brief Description:  Riveted nutplates to panel frame.

The panel frame had to be machine countersunk on all the nutplate rivet holes. The screw holes that hold on the attach angles to the frame also had to be countersunk to accomodate the #8 flush head screws. If you'll remember, I'm screwing the attach angles to the frame so that I can totally remove it later if necessary. The frame is normally riveted to the attach angles which are riveted to the forward fuselage skin, therefore, the frame normally can't be removed. The nutplates were riveted to the frame using the pneumatic squeezer and was accomplished quickly. These nutplates hold the screws that attach the panel plates.

I then started on the subpanel by riveting the vent receptacles to the subpanel adapter which then screws to the subpanel by using nutplates riveted to the adapter.
