Brief Description:  FWD baffle gap seal s

Made paper templates for the forward baffle gap seals and then after verifying the cowl fit and some cut adjustments until the cowl sat down on the deals with minimal binding and puckering, I traced out on the fabric and cut out and then attached with clecos. The problem with theese pieces is that they need to fold in towards the engin until almost to the fron intake edge and then fold the opposite way outward and behinf=d the cowl intake lip so that the air wont come in and raise the fabric. So the pic 1 shows my start point but the fwd first bend was cut down until it would wist opposte direections with little wrinkleling. Picture two kinda shows it after fitting.

A lot of time was then spent just trying to get cowl side hinge pins to fit which was not sucessful. not sure what needs to be done at this point with that So I will probably just finnish the baffle seals and then work on hinges and if need be, drill them out and re do!
