Removed 4 rivits from the firewall for the battery tray and side braces
Drilled the battery tray flange to the stainless steel firewall and clecoed
Drilled in assembly the side braces
This took me 2 hours simply because I needed to verify what the drawing showed with what I have. The tray is not wide enough to allow a hole to be drilled on each end and have both edge distance and the brace comming out vertical. When I did this I went with minimum edge distance on one side and even then the braces came out slightly slanted. Im not sure if I will have a clearence issue with the cowl later but I have a possible solution in mind If I do. I will proceed as is
