1. The epoxy has cured so I removed the clamps from the aluminum strip and tip edges. Cleaned up the edge where the epoxy oozed out of the joint
2. Put tips on the elevators and match drilled. Removed and cleaned and deburred. Reattached and final drill up to #30. Removed tips again and clan and deburr
3. Dimpled the aluminum skin for #30
4. Made a gauge for #30 dimple and then machine counter sunk all the drilled holes tin the fiberglass using gauge to determin depth of each hole. Set tips aside and will plan on riviting and epoxing in place permantly later
