Today I worked up the firewall forward hose order, including some brake line hoses. I worked with Tom Swearengen at TS Flightlines. Bob and I decided that Tom was the source of choice and since Bob is way ahead of me, I used Bob's order and amended it for my minor differences.
Skipping ahead a few weeks, the box showed up at the door with nicely wrapped and protected hoses inside. I did an inventory and let Tom know that I was missing two brake hoses. He felt terrible when he quoted me all the hoses but mistakenly left two hoses off the production order. A few days later, the missing hoses were on my doorstep - super customer service.
