Brief Description:  Initial Aircraft Weighing

I had purchased Tanner aircraft scales from a mechanic in Dallas. I placed the wheels on the three scales to see where the aircraft currently sits, weight-wise. I had sixty pounds of sandbags on the tail and leveled the longeron by placing the tail scale on the Workmate. The height was perfect. With the additional sixty pounds, the total came in at 780 lbs; 368 lbs on the left main, 380 lbs on the right main, and 32 lbs on the tail.
