Brief Description: Axle Spacers/Installed Left Brake Mounting Flanges
I made six spacers, three per side, per the plans. I had to install the Cleveland brake mounting flange on the inboard side of the U-403 brake mounting flange on each gear leg. I put the wheels on the gear too soon, but since I had the help that day, I installed the gear legs. Now I had to take the brake mounting flange off again. I got the U-403 off and installed the Cleveland brake mounting flange on the axle, then reinstalled the U-403. I added the bolts. spacers, and the U-810 wheel fairing mount and torqued the bolts. I took the ring off the wheel bearing to see how the bearing is installed.
