Brief Description:  Sanded Aft Edge of Canopy Fairing

After making the paper template for the final shape of the canopy fairing, the fairing was marked on both sides with thin tape and then painter's tape was placed on the fairing on the inside edge of the fairing for sanding reference. The fairing edge was first shortened using the cutting wheel in the Dremel and then sanded using the belt sander. Hand sanding was used to finish the edge.

The front edge was marked along the rivet line as the aft edge had been. Thin tape was laid along the front edge.
