The outline of the fiberglass cloth was drawn on the plastic sheet to ensure that the epoxy resin was applied in the appropriate area. Epoxy and resin were mixed and the fliberglassing began finally in making the windshield fairing. the epoxy resin was poured and brushed all over the plastic sheet and then a layer of cloth was placed on the sheet. The cloth had more epoxy resin poured/brushed on it and then the next five layers were added in the same manner, ensuring that each layer was totally soaked in resin.
