Brief Description: Prepared Canopy Roller Weldments for Riveting
I measured and marked the positions of the tip-up stops on the canopy roller weldments. Pilot holes were drilled in the stops and the stops were clamped to the weldments. The weldments were drilled and then both were drilled up to #30 size for riveting. Matching 1/4'' bolt holes were drilled in the stops using a Unibit. The outside holes on the stops and the weldments were then countersunk. These will be riveted together with double-flush rivets.
