Brief Description:  Drilled Left Side Skirt

I found that the canopy cover strip was puckered at the front between the first and second rivet holes. I used the pneumatic squeezer and flat dies to flatten the dimple and then filed the aft end of the first hole enlarging it. I redimpled the hole, placed the strip back in place, and found that the strip lies flat on the canopy. I enlarged the latch hole with a Unibit. I marked and drilled pilot holes in the left canopy side skirt for the canopy bow line. I lined up the skirt on the bow level with the centerline and used a level. The skirt was too high at the front by 1/8'', so I marked new lines at the front and aft to level the skirt. I drilled the skirt to the bow with a #40 bit.
