Brief Description: Cut Air Hole in Right Rear Baffle/Lock Washers
The outline of the hole for the air hole in the aft right baffle was drawn on the baffle. A pilot hole of 1/8" was drilled and the Dremel tool was used with a cutter to cut out the hole. The hole's edges were smoothed out with the die grinder. The vent was riveted to the baffle.
Star lock washers were installed on the Tanis cylinder heat plugs. The heat plugs were installed on the cylinder intake pipes on each cylinder, replacing the bolts. I had to order replacement star washers thru ACS and received them a few days earlier. Each heat plug was installed with anti-seize and the appropriate hardware and then torqued down.
