Drilled out remainder of the 10 rivets out of left spar. Clamped angles into place & drilled #30 holes through pilot holes and spar. Then drilled #12 holes thru spar and flange strips and angles. Drilled holes through all 5 angles. Positioned and clamped tie-down bar in place. Drilled #12 holes through spar and flange strips for bar. Clamped bar together w/adjoining angle and drilled #12 hole thru angle w/bar as guide. Deburred all holes.
