Clamped angles into place and drilled #30 holes through pilot holes and spar. Then drilled #12 holes thru spar and flange strips and angles. Drilled holes through all 5 angles. Positioned and clamped tie-down bar in place. Measured location of bar end on spar flange. Drilled one #12 hole thru spar, using bar as guide.
