A spacer was cut out of 5/8" Delrin rod. A 5/16" hole was drilled in the rod. An aluminum spacer was cut and inserted into the Delrin rod. This spacer was then inserted in the bolt in the right aileron control rod and aileron. The movement of the aileron was checked and I found that the hole in the rear spar was not wide enough with the aileron in the down position. The hole on each spar will need to be enlarged toward the inboard edge.
