Brief Description: Replaced Torque Tube Bearings/Emp Fairings

I replaced the rod-end bearings in the aileron torque tubes with new ones. The old bearings were very difficult to operate and resisted rotation. I screwed in the empennage/fuselage fairings under the horizontal stabilizer with #6 screws and Tinnerman washers.
