Attached aileron to aileron hinge brackets. Connected aileron control rod to aileron. Used Dremel tool to enlarge hole in rear spar for aileron control rod. Used files to smooth edges. Preliminary check of aileron movement is approx +27° & -18°. This was achieved w/bearing attached to aileron at maximum bearing length.
