Took flap off wing. Curled trailing edge of inboard top skin a little so that it lies closer to flap. Bent flange of flap brace up. Bent inboard bottom skin up. Attempting to raise flap to a position more in line w/aileron. Inboard portion of flap lies lower than aileron trailing edge.
