Used pneumatic squeezer to rivet flap bracket FL-606B plate to bracket FL-606C, then riveted flap angle 606A to flap spar. Cut down 470AD-4-7 rivets to 4-6.5 length and used them to rivet flap angle 606A to spar to root rib. Riveted plate 606B to flap angle 606A. Marked and measured corner of top outboard skin that rests under top inboard skin at trailing edge. Drilled hole in corner of notch and then trimmed corner with snips, per sketch 42. Cleaned edges w/file and Scotchbrite wheel.
