Riveted rest of bottom flap skin to top skin. Clecoed and clamped left flap pieces together. Drilled top skin to ribs. Drilled bottom skin to spar and hinge. Drilled bottom skin to top skin. Disassembled and deburred all holes. Countersunk bottom flange of spar. Using hand squeezer, dimpled interior ribs, tip rib, bottom and top skin where able. Used pop-rivet tool to dimple top skin, but nail pulled through dimple set and possibly bent it out of shape.
