Drilled out rivets in rod and nose ribs. Rotated rod and redrilled rod to nose ribs. Riveted rod to ribs and spar was straight. Riveted outoard tip rib to spar. Placed aileron skeleton inside right aileron skin and clamped ribs and spar to skin. Drilled top of skin to spar and all ribs. Deburred holes in skin.
