Drilled out two rivets on bottom of skin and rear spar. Reriveted using MK-319BS rivets. Rinished bending elevator's leading edge using plastic tube, flange bender, and by hand. Drilled holes to size w/#30 bit. Because of the way the leading edge comes together (bottom edge goes on top), placed bead of RTV in between top and bottom of leading edges. Riveted half of the leading edge together.
