Using vise grips, squeezed the two rivets at tip of tip rib. Bent part of leading edge of elevator. Primed part of leading edge that will lie under the other edge.
Primed trim tab horns. Drilled trim tab horns to trim tab w/#30 bit. Drilled trim tab to bottom of spar/#41 bit. Deburred and dimpled holes. Trimmed a corner of spar to align w/trim tab. Bent bottom flange of spar to align spar w/trim tab. Pop-riveted trim tab horns to trim tab.
