Clecoed right elevator spar to elevator skin. Used #41 bit and drilled final size holes, then deburred and dimpled all holes in spar and skin.
Cleaned edges of elevator skin using Scotchbrite wheel and pneumatic small Scotchbrite wheel. Measured and marked stiffener positions on skin inside. Cut stiffeners and trimmed 15 degree angle and 6" long angle cut on each stiffener.
