Dave finished bending the shortest section and pop-riveted it together. Using 1/8" bit, finish-drilled rest of the holes for the pop-rivets. Used the first bit of the Unibit for final hole size. Dave cut a line lengthwise across a length of PVC pipe and placed three layers of duct tape lengthwise on the edge of rudder. Place pipe on leading edge and attached visegrips to each edge of pipe. Rolled pipe to start the bend. Then laid pipe behind edge and hand-rolled edges to final bend. Pop-riveted leading edges together. Used hand seamers to put a small crease in top edge along rivet line so that top edge would lay flat after riveting.
